About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in drafting and reviewing RERA-related documents, including agreements, notices, affidavits, and compliance forms.
2. Research legal precedents, case laws, and statutory provisions relevant to the Real Estate Regulation Act.
3. Support the legal team in preparing and filing RERA applications for project registration, promoter updates, extensions, and corrections.
4. Review project documentation to ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and regulations.
5. Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities under the guidance of the legal team to resolve queries and obtain necessary approvals.
6. Contribute to preparing compliance checklists and monitoring deadlines for quarterly and annual submissions.
7. Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, notifications, and RERA rules in Maharashtra and other states.
