About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding our business model and its legal requirements
2. Conducting legal research to propose and finalize the legal policy for SIC and its various other business segments and brands
3. Assisting senior advocates wherever required
4. Representing SIC as a firm by participating in various business events and exhibitions
5. Explaining SIC's terms & conditions and legal policy to vendors that SIC wishes to onboard
6. Preparing legal agreements between SIC and its vendors (service providers or consultants)
7. Explaining our policy to potential clients and extracting important information or collecting important data from them
8. Drafting and preparing agreements for SIC and its clients
9. Analyzing legal risk and advice to SIC and its clients
10. Drafting and dictation of legal matters related to cases
11. Conducting legal research and due diligence investigations concerning the legal work of SIC and SIC's clients
Researching and preparing content for SIC's legal YouTube videos
12. Participating in creative initiatives on an optional basis
