About the internship
Kothari & Jain, Advocates & Law Advisors is seeking a dynamic law/legal intern to join our team! If you possess excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) and have a strong command over MS Office, this opportunity is perfect for you. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and work closely with a dynamic team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research and provide insightful analysis of various cases and legal issues
2. Assist in drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
3. Prepare comprehensive case summaries and legal opinions to support our client's cases
4. Participate in client meetings and court proceedings, observing and learning from experienced attorneys
5. Collaborate with the team to maintain and organize legal files and documents
6. Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
7. Stay updated with the latest legal developments and contribute to the team's knowledge base
