About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drafting, vetting of legal agreements, letters, notices to customers, vendors, reply to legal notices etc. as per requirement from various stakeholders/departments within organization
2. Co-ordination with advocate/legal consultants for complying document requirement for Company legal/court matters
3. Co-ordination with intellectual property consultant in connection with application for registration, renewals of trademark, patent, IP related filings
