1. Drafting, vetting, negotiating, & executing of all legal documents, service agreements and other commercial agreements
2. Researching on various subjects of law
3. Working on corporate laws and its regular compliances (mostly under Companies Act, 2013)
4. Assisting in compliance and secretarial audits
5. Assisting in regular compliances, registrations, etc. for retail business
6. Maintaining statutory documents, drafting notices, agenda, minutes of board meetings, shareholders meetings, director report, annual return & resolutions & maintenance of statutory registers & records, filling & filing of returns, e-forms, & rules made thereunder
