Law/Legal Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis
2. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents
3. Create drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies and other legal documents
4. Analyse and summarise documents
5. Assist in the administration and management of workflow
6. Monitor and study the proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry guidelines, trade journals and other relevant publications
7. Work on daily record keeping with the electronic and physical filing of legal records
8. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
9. Draft legal proof documents like agreements, contracts, policies, terms and conditions, term sheets, etc.
