About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on the preparation and finalization of notice, agenda, attendance and acknowledgement for the board and general meetings of the company
2. Maintaining minute books of the board and general meetings
3. Preparing board reports, filing annual returns and ROC forms of group companies
4. Preparing annual declarations for all the directors of group companies
5. Assisting in the preparation of documents for striking off companies, the amalgamation of companies, shifting registered office
