About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle, advise the clients on all litigation matters including and not limited to anti-trust/competition laws, contractual disputes, FDI laws, labor, employment matters, contract interpretation, breach and remedies, contract compliance requirements
2. Create new contracts, compliance law, and validation of counteroffers
3. Work on certification management for all customers
4. Draft new contract and management until closure
5. Handle contract tracker and management
6. Handle day to day legal processes for the company
