About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. De-technicalize legal terms for the founders (we are a stealth startup by IIM Calcutta alumnus & current Microsoft employee as the founder & CEO)
2. Draft and execute contracts & offer letters for Interns (including for yourself)
3. Work as the single point of contact for external counsel
4. Understand various legal needs of the startup and create a path to solutioning or resolution

Note: This role comes with a potential possibility of becoming an in-house counsel as the startup grows.
