About the internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lead generation specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline. This role requires excellent research skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to qualify prospects effectively. You will need to identify 10 high-quality leads every day and contribute to achieving a monthly sales target of INR 1 lakh, focusing on closing IT projects, particularly in web and app development.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential clients and key decision-makers through various channels such as online research, social media, networking events, and databases
2. Generate high-quality leads by engaging with prospects through email, phone calls, and social media
3. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet our ideal client profile
4. Develop and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns to drive awareness and interest in Brihat Infotech's services
5. Close IT projects, with a focus on web and app development, to meet the monthly sales target of INR 1 lakh
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead-generation strategies
7. Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system
8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging lead-generation techniques
10. Assist in the creation of engaging content and marketing materials to attract and nurture leads
11. Provide regular feedback to the marketing and sales teams to enhance the lead generation process

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry

2. Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential clients and market opportunities

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead-generation tools

5. A basic understanding of web and app development technologies

6. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals

7. Be self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

10. Possess a willingness to travel frequently

11. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
