About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Using job portals to identify healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, and practices) looking to hire for positions related to revenue cycle management or medical billing
2. Introducing W2C-Health's services to potential clients (providers and their offices) via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages
3. Engaging with key decision-makers (practice managers, CFOs, hiring managers) to understand their needs and set up initial requirement analysis meetings with the team
4. Presenting the benefits of partnering with an India-based remote RCM provider, focusing on cost efficiency, expertise, and seamless service delivery
5. Keeping track of leads and interactions using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper lead nurturing
6. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance client engagement

Other requirements

1. Experience with lead scraping tools and techniques for platforms like Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.

2. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

3. Basic knowledge of revenue cycle management and healthcare administration is preferred

4. Proactive attitude with the ability to manage and prioritize leads

5. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
