Lead HR Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supervise and lead the HR team including HR associates, coordinators, and specialists, and set clear expectations, provide guidance, and mentor junior HR staff along with overseeing the workload distribution and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
2. Create and edit internship postings based on the needs of various departments
3. Allocation of responsibilities to screening and interview candidates and ensure interviews are conducted within the given deadlines and request timely updates
4. Assisting in the induction and onboarding the selected candidates
5. Collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring requirements
and provide with suitable candidates according to their needs
6. Collect feedback from interns and address any issues they may encounter
7. Utilize Google Sheets for various HR-related tasks including data analysis, tracking employee information, and generating reports

Skills and qualifications:

1. Candidates with a background in human resources or a related field of study are preferred
2. Minimum 0-6 months of prior experience in the field of Human Resources
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi and English)
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
