1. Anyone in high school or beyond, with an intense drive to learn and grow and discover themselves (So whether you are an 11th grader or an undergraduate student, you are eligible)
2. Strong ideas and opinions about anything they care about
3. Compassionate, fun-loving, and friendly
4. Conscientiousness, discipline, self-motivation, rigour, and a drive to learn and grow
5. Excellent oral communication skills in English and Hindi
6. Basic familiarity in using collaboration tools like Google workspace
7. Hands-on with technology and open to learning/discovering/exploring ways of using tech to make life smoother
Arth Early Learning Spaces is a preschool/learning space founded on the idea that all children are born competent, capable, eager to learn, and that all children can and must experience success in school. We envision a school where children are the active protagonists of their own learning. To realize this vision, we've brought to life a nurturing and fun-filled learning atmosphere, where children are respected for their individual minds and are cared for by competent and informed adults. Our understanding of the diverse ways in which the human brain engages in learning is the foundation of our philosophy. We are about 20 beautiful months old now and have had some amazing people work with us on this journey. Presently, we are a small team of 8 people including the educators, a caretaker, and the founding team. Our team comprises graduates from prestigious institutes like IIT, IISER, TISS, and Azim Premji University.
