Lean Manufacturing Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build lean charter elements given bringing results and enabling process excellence culture
2. Drive productivity improvements in operating processes through structural interventions using process excellence methodologies
3. Drive business-critical projects through the application of knowledge, establishing stakeholder connect
4. Collaborate with various functions to drive business projects
5. Develop a lean implementation plan and coordinate the execution at the plant
6. Mentor and assist Lean specialists in deploying lean tools and principles
7. Drive high impact projects on lean which can deliver business/cost impact
8. Act as mentor and coach for the operation team for engaging them in continuous improvement activities
