1. Organize information and material research and analysis to identify the content, target audience, and learning goals
2. Use the concepts of instructional design to provide efficient training materials
3. Team up with other team members to determine how best to develop a blended learning environment and determine needs
4. Evaluate training initiatives and assess the applicability and effectiveness of training sessions
5. Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
6. Work with a team to design, develop, and implement company-wide and business-specific curriculums
7. Create online training with a focus on interface and visual design
Preferred Skill Sets:
1. Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Enthusiastic and data-friendly, with experience in MIS is a plus
4. A self-starter with the ability to take on projects and duties and own the process end-to-end
