Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design Learning Journeys: Develop and implement training programs that align with client goals and foster personal and professional growth.
2. Foster a Culture of Growth: Collaborate with leadership to create purpose-driven learning experiences that enhance organisational capabilities.
3. Analyse and Improve: Assess training needs, measure program effectiveness, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
4. Stay Innovative: Research and integrate modern learning tools and methods to create dynamic and effective content.

2. can start the internship between 21st Nov'24 and 26th Dec'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Kolkata
5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in training, development, or facilitation is an advantage.
3. Certification in instructional design or training (e.g., ATD, CPLP) is a plus.
4. Passion for enabling personal and organizational growth through learning.
5. Preference for candidates who've either completed or will be completing their course by early next year, with potential for full-time absorption.
