1. Keeping track of L&D/training-related RFPs being floated by various departments, clients, and individuals
2. Coordinating and arranging sessions to ensure smooth execution & conduction of the program
3. Maintaining the training calendar, sending out a list of monthly training/workshops, and tracking nominations for each training
4. Managing all communication with trainers and nominated participants
5. Responding to all the requests and communicating with participants before, during, and after the training programs
6. Working on logistic setup, tracking attendance, collating feedback and supporting the trainer during the training program/workshop
7. Coordinating to prepare project schedules and timelines
8. Organizing, attending and participating in meetings
9. Preparing minutes of meetings and sharing them with the stakeholders
10. Creating, compiling and managing databases containing all information for training, requestors, curators, trainers, and participants
11. Assisting with ad-hoc documentation and learning needs, including quick-turnaround projects, video editing, content writing, deck modification, etc.
12. Managing end-to-end and day-to-day strategic as well as operational assistance to the L&D, learning programs, and trainers
13. Preparing and routing the reports, documents, emails, presentation decks, ad-hoc requests, dashboards, etc.
