The Learning Design and Project Management Intern will provide support to the Learning Solutions Team by assisting in the design of effective learning experiences, managing learning solutions projects, and conducting research on the latest trends in instructional design.
This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design, project management, and staying informed about industry best practices. The intern will collaborate with learning designers, strategy consulting and business development teams, subject matter experts and teaching faculty to ensure the successful execution of learning solution projects.

Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
2. Basic understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning technologies
3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
5. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources
