Learning & Developement (Operations) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create, document, and maintain standard operating procedures for the L&D team
2. Partner with LBP to identify the program operations and coordination and to determine best practices around data collection and reporting
3. Interact with influencing internal stakeholders
4. Ensure all programs have appropriate data collection (enrolment, participation, surveys)
5. Design and deliver reporting dashboards for L&D programs
6. Handle contract management for L&D, including negotiations, contract writing, billing, invoicing, tracking, etc.
