Learning & Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the learning & development space, predominantly working in liaison with head of L&D
2. Coordinate the execution of the training program for the clients onsite or through virtual mode
3. Help clients construct customized competency framework to ensure the skill matrix are managed and maintained
4. Own the program management of the leadership development programs
5. Assist in measuring and evaluating the training implementation to see the learning or business outcome is achieved
6. Ensure the learning analytics is done on a regular basis to create learning dashboards at regular intervals
7. Help clients move their learning maturity level from initial to optimize
8. Conduct learning and employee engagement activities on a regular basis
