Learning & Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead & take accountability for the entire manpower learning & development charter for the mapped span of fulfillment centers self-run & 3PL & last mile delivery centers
2. Take accountability & responsibility for new hires & refresher training with assessment
3. Follow a blended learning approach to create engagement among learners
4. Own & take responsibility to design a learning plan for the white- & blue-collar workforce
5. Create a structured plan for designing & implementing the capability & competency development charter for the white- & blue-collar workforce
6. Work on TNI & TNA in collaboration with the stakeholders
7. Deliver the training tasks within the defined TAT
8. Come up with a new digital learning approach for faster learning in the organization
9. Enable the culture & create the value of learning across the vertical
10. Support the business in achieving business goals through L&D interventions
11. Maintain a high level of stakeholder management like regional directors, FC heads, Flipkar2m, HR team, and counterparts of another region
