About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing corporate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2. Conduct legal research on corporate law issues, including regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and intellectual property rights.
3. Support senior attorneys in due diligence processes for M&A transactions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
4. Assist in drafting board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and other corporate governance documents.
5. Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures for clients, ensuring legal compliance.
6. Assist in managing and organizing legal documents and case files.
7. Stay updated on recent corporate law developments, regulations, and case law.
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 19th Dec'24 and 23rd Jan'25
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. LLB 2025 year graduates
2. Strong academic background, preferably with coursework in corporate law, business law, contract law, and/or mergers and acquisitions.
3. Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
4. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
