Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing Notice, Agenda, Agenda notes, and Minutes of the Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings including compilation of necessary Annexures for the Meetings
2. Preparation of Notice of the Annual General Meeting/Extraordinary General Meeting and Board's report of Unlisted entities
3. Convening and coordinating Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Body Meetings as per Secretarial Standards
4. Maintaining various reports, registers returns and other statutory books
5. Filing of various e-forms, reports, and returns and handling all other filings with the RoC/MCA.
6. Handling statutory auditor and secretarial auditor with respect to secretarial matters and arranging for Secretarial Audit Report
7. Assist in Due Diligence from regulatory and investor perspectives
8. Maintaining trackers and MIS repositories of legal and secretarial transactions
9. Drafting, Review, and Vetting of all business agreements including Partnership Agreements, Service Agreements, Technology Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Trade Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Influencer Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding etc
10. Research on Companies Act, FEMA and other RBI Regulations, UK Regulations, and other subjects as may be required from time to time
