About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research and analysis of relevant laws and regulations related to rental agreements, consumer protection, etc.
2. Draft and review legal documents, such as demand letters and notices of default, following legal guidelines and company policies
3. Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations) to gather necessary information and evidence for recovery cases
4. Communicate effectively with external vendors and service providers involved in the recovery process
5. Assist with the management and tracking of recovery cases, ensuring timely resolution
6. Conduct legal research on emerging trends and issues impacting the rental industry
7. Attend legal hearings or meetings (if applicable) and take detailed notes

Other requirements

1. Currently enrolled in an LLB program or hold a recognized law degree

2. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze legal issues

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6. A keen interest in the startup environment is a plus
