This is a full-time on-site Legal Intern role located in New Delhi.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on legal consulting
2. Prepare documents
3. Communicate with clients
4. Address legal issues
5. Provide assistance to the legal team as needed
Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of Indian law and regulatory frameworks
2. Experience in legal consulting and legal document preparation
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues to non-legal personnel
4. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
5. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
6. Bachelor's or master's degree in law
7. Additional qualifications such as a legal certification or prior legal internship experience are a plus

1. Legal research
2. Agreement drafting
3. Company due diligence
4. IPR especially trademark and copyright matters research
5. Blog and article research and writing
6. Different types of legal registration research
7. Startup India Registration
8. Crypto & blockchain research
9. Data privacy laws research
