About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
A. Legal Research & Compliance
Conduct legal research on corporate, business, and international law
Analyze regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP, FDA compliance, startup regulations, etc.)
Research LLC formations, cross-border transactions, and intellectual property laws
B. Contract Drafting & Review
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, terms of service, and privacy policies
Identify potential legal risks, compliance gaps, and liability issues
Support in revising legal documents to ensure regulatory alignment
C. Legal Content & Writing
Draft blog posts, whitepapers, and client advisories on emerging legal topics
Assist in preparing thought leadership content for newsletters and legal forums
Write case studies and insights on key legal issues affecting businesses
D. Client & Case Support
Help with client communication and documentation
Summarize case details and legal positions for internal discussions
Prepare memos and legal reports for ongoing matters
