Legal Research Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research on various corporate law topics, including but not limited to contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
2. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
3. Participate in meetings and calls with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide legal support as needed.
4. Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files, documents, and databases.
5. Support the organisation in corporate governance matters, including preparation for board meetings and maintaining corporate records.
6. Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company and its operations.
7. Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys.
