Prospero Legal Services is seeking a talented Legal Research intern with English Proficiency (Written) to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal team and assist with a variety of research projects.

Joining: Immediately (for a minimum period of 3 months)
Profile:
1. Areas of Practise: Corporate & Commercial Laws, Drafting of Deeds and Documents
2. Work: Legal research, Admin work, Assistance in Drafting
3. Skills: Candidate must be proficient in Intermediate to Advanced level operation of MS Word & fluent in written and spoken English
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct in-depth legal research on various topics and provide comprehensive summaries
2. Assist with drafting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memos
3. Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and legal precedents
4. Maintain accurate and organized legal databases and files
5. Collaborate with attorneys and staff on ongoing cases and projects
6. Attend meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings as needed
7. Stay up-to-date on current legal trends and developments to support the team effectively
