About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research, analyze, and interpret laws and regulatory guidelines with respect to web3
2. Develop legally compliant frameworks for emerging corporate structures (DAOs and smart contracts)
3. Conduct a variety of legal assignments with respect to DAOs, smart contracts, and other web3 topics
4. Conduct comparative legal analysis on a range of issues in different areas in web3
5. Identify legal and policy issues, research relevant precedents, and propose appropriate solutions

Requirements:

1. Strong background in tech law with an interest in DAOs, smart contracts, and blockchains
2. Prior knowledge about web3 and emerging corporate structures in web3
3. Prior experience in tech law focused on web3 concepts will be a plus
4. Students currently enrolled in technology law programs and graduates
