About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide technical support to customers over chat and email - responding to inquiries regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and giving advice
2. Find solutions to customer requests and escalate queries when needed
3. Provide excellent customer service to all customers with professionalism
4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and help improve customer service
5. Assist with product testing and development
6. Keep up with industry trends in digital marketing and provide recommendations to improve customer experience
