LMS Content Developer (Gamification Specialist) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content development & gamification integration:
1. Design and develop interactive LMS content using gamification techniques.
2. Implement game-based learning elements (badges, leaderboards, points, rewards, storytelling, simulations).
3. Create multimedia-rich learning experiences using animations, quizzes, interactive videos, and simulations.
4. Work with SCORM, XAP (Tin Can API), and LTI standards for LMS compatibility.
5. Develop microlearning modules that incorporate game mechanics for increased engagement.

B. LMS management & optimization:
1. Content organization - Structuring courses, modules, and assessments for seamless navigation.
2. Performance monitoring - Tracking learner engagement, completion rates, and reporting analytics.
3. Optimization & troubleshooting - Identifying and resolving technical issues, improving loading times, and enhancing UI/UX for better usability.
