Logistics And Operations Internship

Delhivery is looking for interns willing to drive cross-cutting operations projects targeted to make a direct impact on high-priority areas. The role offers learning opportunities in a fast-paced environment working alongside senior leaders.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on supporting the execution and delivery of internal projects
2. Facilitate defining of the problem through phone calls with internal and external stakeholders, operations visits and MIS data
3. Analyze a wide variety of information dashboard data, stakeholder discussions, client inputs, vendor feedback and facilitate 360-degree analysis on problem statements
4. Visit operations centers for observations, stakeholder discussions, targeted process studies, and prepare reports
5. Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders within the company to expedite achieving project deliverables
6. Participate in discussions and drive completion of actions committed

Must have:

1. Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and solve on-the-ground problems
2. Excellent phone call skills in Hindi and English both
3. Willingness to travel in and outside NCR (travel expenses paid by the company)
4. Willingness to work from our Gurgaon office 5-6 working days/week
5. Excellent MS Excel/Google Sheet skills

Good to have:

1. MBA candidate from a premier institute
2. Excellent report-writing skills
