We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented shipping and logistics coordinator with a keen interest in E-commerce SEO to join our team. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the shipping process, including packaging orders, generating shipping labels, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence by learning and implementing E-commerce SEO strategies, particularly on platforms like Etsy. You will collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings, improve search visibility, and drive traffic to our online store.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare and package orders for shipment by company standards
2. Generate shipping labels and ensure accurate documentation for all outgoing orders
3. Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track deliveries
4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to the relevant departments
5. Analyze data in MS Excel to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements
