1. Playing a key role in sourcing and onboarding delivery partners
2. Working on sourcing leads, calling and following up with delivery partners, and helping them with pre and post-onboarding issues and escalations
3. Driving campaigns and working with new strategies to reach out to the maximum target audience
4. Supporting employer branding initiatives by sharing relevant content, participating in recruitment events, and promoting the company's culture and values
5. Providing regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders
6. Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates, including but not limited to online sourcing, social media recruiting, networking, and referrals

2. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Data
3. Comfortable with 6 days working
4. Comfortable with fieldwork
