Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing porter bookings across all locations in India, ensuring timely coordination and execution.
2. Overseeing deliveries across India, focusing on meeting timelines and achieving cost efficiency.
3. Ensuring delivery operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner without compromising quality or timeliness.
4. Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors to enhance service options.
5. Maintaining a detailed database of all vendors, including rates and performance metrics.
6. Managing international deliveries while ensuring compliance with regulations and cost optimization.
7. Organizing and maintaining delivery challans and proof of delivery (POD) for all shipments, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
8. Exploring and implementing strategies to enhance logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
9. Assisting in analyzing delivery routes, shipment times, and logistics data to identify potential areas for improvement.
