About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordination with Vendors: Communicate with vendors in the interior design material industry to ensure the readiness of goods for delivery on a daily basis
2. Transport Arrangements: Plan and organize the most efficient and cost-effective transport method for each delivery
3. Time-Bound Delivery: Implement and maintain delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries to clients
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of goods before dispatch to ensure they meet quality standards
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to deliveries promptly
6. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot any delivery-related challenges, taking appropriate actions to resolve them efficiently
7. Delivery Confirmation: Follow up with clients after each delivery to confirm the successful receipt of goods
8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in process reviews to suggest and implement improvements in the delivery process
