A large number of women in rural India neither shop online nor go out to nearby retail outlets. In spite of the progress made by our Nation, still, it's considered a taboo, in many rural/semi-urban areas, for a woman with dignity to go out to retail markets for shopping.
We are starting a new e-commerce start-up named -100 PLUS- dedicated to women customers. It shall be India's first and largest -Assisted- e-commerce platform for rural women. We are currently in a prototype building phase and looking for versatile, passionate individuals, to help us manage various categories. Being an aggressive e-commerce startup, we are resource hungry for various roles and responsibilities and hence looking for a dedicated Logistics intern.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Shortlisting, meeting and finalizing the logistics partner
2. Identifying and mapping of the logistics network
3. Defining forward and backward logistics operations
4. Managing end-to-end logistics operations
Travel allowance in case of field visits shall be covered by us.
We are operating from Indirapuram-Ghaziabad (nearest metro station: Electronic city, Noida or Kaushambhi, Ghaziabad). No travel allowance shall be provided for the commute to the office.

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 8th Jun'19 and 8th Jul'19
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per performance based).
