Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Order Tracking: Monitor and update order status, ensuring timely communication with customers.
2. Customer Service: Handle returns, exchanges, and respond to customer feedback professionally.
3. Software Proficiency: Work with Uniware/Unicommerce to manage inventory and order processing.
4. Data Management: Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Previous internship experience (minimum 2 months).
