6. Watch videos on the channel to understand the current style and tone
7. Incorporate the channel's existing approach into new content
8. Collaborate with the team for feedback and revisions to meet content standards
9. Mention your favorite animated movie in the proposal to demonstrate thorough reading and understanding of the job description
