As a management & finance intern, you will gain hands-on experience in startup operations, financial analysis, and strategic planning. You'll work closely with our leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate critical tasks ranging from budgeting and economic modelling to data room management for investor due diligence. This is a unique chance to learn the inner workings of a fast-paced AI startup and develop valuable skills in corporate finance, project management, and stakeholder communication.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Due diligence & data room management:
a. Assist with organising and maintaining a secure online repository
b. Gather and verify legal, financial, and operational documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
2. Financial analysis & reporting:
a. Support in preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
b. Help update and refine the company's financial models (3-5 year projections, revenue forecasts, cost analysis).
3. Communication & stakeholder engagement:
a. Prepare summaries or executive briefs on financial and operational matters for the leadership team.
b. Participate in regular check-ins with internal stakeholders and external advisors (e.g., legal/accounting firms).

1. Education:
a. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field.
2. Technical skills:
a. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
b. Familiarity with data room platforms (Dropbox, Box, DealRoom) or accounting software is a plus.
3. Analytical & organizational skills:
a. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
b. Basic understanding of financial statements and corporate governance structures.
4. Communication skills:
a. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical teams.
