About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling calls, messages, and follow-ups
2. Maintain records of clients, candidates, and ongoing recruitment processes
3. Support internal communications, team activities, and office events to enhance employee engagement
4. Help recruiters with sourcing and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and handling onboarding
5. Assist with handling social media platforms, creating engaging content, and promoting company initiatives
6. Stay updated on industry trends by attending design exhibitions and bringing back valuable insights
7. Attend meetings, record minutes, and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and follow-up emails
8. Keep track of placed candidates, manage folders, and ensure organized records
9. Help with office organization, managing filing systems, and supporting team workflows
10. Assist with various administrative tasks related to design projects, operations, and employee management
