About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing a lead pipeline via networking, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, listing websites, and LinkedIn
2. Ensuring accurate data entry and lead tracking in CRM for optimized sales processes
3. Targeting executive-level outreach (CXO) for setting business meetings
4. Creating customized pitches, proposals, and presentations for client needs (Sales Enablement)
5. Managing and growing the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
6. Strengthening partnerships and customer engagement through client relationship management
7. Acting as a key liaison for client inquiries and concerns (Account Management)
8. Proactively following up and driving satisfaction-driven engagement to ensure client retention
9. Identifying new market opportunities and growth strategies for business expansion
10. Monitoring KPIs, progress, and revenue impact to track sales performance
11. Assisting in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and customer engagement

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per lead closed).
1. Working days: Monday to Saturday
2. Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
3. Work from the office: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
4. Work from home: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
