As a Managerial Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of running a successful racing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in coordinating race day logistics, including travel arrangements and equipment setup
2. Supporting the team in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Ahura Racing
3. Managing team budget and expenses, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
4. Collaborating with team members to create engaging social media content and interacting with fans online
5. Assisting in organizing team meetings, sponsor events, and other promotional activities
6. Providing administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
7. Taking on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the overall success of Ahura Racing

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per overall performance ).
AHURA Racing is a motorsports team and academy for women and men founded in 2017 by multiple times National Champion Mr.Sarosh Hataria.
Aspirants who wish to make a career in car racing are trained at the academy and taken to the pinnacle of car racing.
