About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Test the DELTA and iLearn web interface and Android mobile application
2. Execute all levels of testing across the platform and interface to ensure the platform is stable and ready for deployment
3. Detect and track bugs, inconsistencies, and quality issues
4. Raise bug reports on errors, track changes, and monitor bug resolutions
5. Coordinate with the tech team to solve application related faults and inconsistencies
6. Follow the testing process effectively and provide suggestions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
7. Develop protocols and instructions for testing different functionalities
8. Coordinate with team leads for understanding the project requirements
9. Take initiative in using different tools and platforms to build forms on the web interface
10. Interact with users and be able to solve queries and handle tickets raised on WhatsApp & in-app helplines
