Manufacturing Process Re-Development (Lean Manufacturing KAIZEN ) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Re-engineering the production process to achieve higher efficiency and speed
2. Implementing Kanban and lean manufacturing (KAIZEN)
3. Working on production guidelines and production flow
4. Creating sop and overseeing the implementation of the same
5. Finding vendors from the open market to purchase material to support improvements suggested by you
6. Working on the QC checklist
7. Working on the assembly worker training

Skills:
1. Intermediate MS excel skills are necessary
