DP Process Engineering is an innovative startup specializing in producing high-protein flours from legumes using a novel technique called dry protein shifting with ultrafine grinding and air classification. We are committed to advancing the food industry with sustainable and nutritious products. As we prepare to launch our business, we are seeking motivated interns to help us conduct in-depth market research.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Market Research Intern, you will assist our team in understanding the economics, profit margins, and supply chain dynamics of high-protein flours derived from legumes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting market analysis to assess the current size and growth potential of the high-protein flour market.
- Analyzing consumer demand and identifying trends in the plant-based protein sector.
- Researching competitors and their market strategies.
- Evaluating typical profit margins and cost structures within the industry.
- Mapping out the supply chain for legumes in India, including identifying key suppliers, processors, and distributors.
- Gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including industry reports, surveys, and interviews with experts.
- Compiling research findings into comprehensive reports and presentations.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Enthusiasm for the food industry and sustainable agriculture is a plus.
