About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Formulate as well as assist company strategies to diversify in new complementary markets and products
2. Provide actionable suggestions for responding to new threats plus opportunities rising in the marketplace
3. Assist the annual planning process for arising corporate initiatives and operating frameworks
4. Provide oversight of continuing corporate initiatives every month
5. Ensure to scan new opportunities related to acquisitions, alliances, and mergers
6. Analyze the strategic rationale for all strategic business development opportunity
7. Suggest strategic business development initiatives and priorities
8. Ensure to access and evaluate imperative media as well as entertainment trends across world
9. Ensure to calculate internal as well as target company valuations
10. Conduct company portfolio optimization evaluation
11. Perform business with senior executives to facilitate the strategic development process
12. Define and evaluate the imperative company s new business development opportunities
13. Facilitate implement registrations of the company on various platforms allowing the company to grow and benefit from the offers provided therein like startup India, incubation cells of various colleges, etc.
14. Develop business plans, policies, documents, as well as work with the legal department to formulate legal agreements while ensuring knowledge transfer for all new corporate ventures or endeavors
