- Identify the Masterminds: Map the talent behind competitor agencies to understand their strengths and approaches.
- Uncover Influencer Insights: Analyze influencer campaigns executed by our competitors, exploring their reach and effectiveness.
- Connect with the Key Players: Reach out to decision-makers at competitor agencies to build relationships and gain industry insights.
- Learn from the Losses: Analyze "lost briefs" to understand why Boomlet wasn't chosen for certain projects. This includes both proposals submitted and not submitted.
- Stay on Top of the News: Track industry news and PR activities of competitor agencies, focusing on influencer marketing, brand reputation management, and crisis communication strategies.
