About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research and share analysis with the business stakeholder
2. Work hand-in-hand with the marketing & growth team towards increasing acquisition and retention numbers
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
4. Post outbound calls via research, come up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation, retention, shopping, and customer experience
