2. Create personalized and relevant touchpoints aligned with customers' health preferences and needs
3. Craft compelling health content for various channels, including emails, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages, to boost customer participation and engagement
4. Collaborate with the data analytics and execution teams to segment the audience and customize messages and experiences accordingly
5. Coordinate with the digital, health management, claims, and persistency teams to plan monthly engagement campaigns
6. Act as a customer advocate, collecting feedback and insights to shape customer-centric communication
7. Stay updated on health tech industry trends, emerging engagement techniques, and innovative campaigns to enhance engagement
8. Monitor the effectiveness of communication campaigns and strategies using relevant metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
